We respond to all WhatsApp messages and booking forms within a few hours at most — usually within minutes during our operating hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily).

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your experience. Just send us a WhatsApp message. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be refunded depending on the activity.

We accept cash payment on the day of your experience (MAD, EUR, USD accepted). For multi-day circuits a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. We do not store any payment data online.

We offer free hotel and riad pickup anywhere in central Marrakech. Simply provide your accommodation name and address when booking. Additional charges may apply for hotels far outside the city centre.

Our guides and drivers speak Arabic, French, English, Spanish, and Berber. You can request your preferred language when booking.

All prices include round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off, a professional guide or driver, and an air-conditioned vehicle. Full-day excursions include lunch and entry fees. Check each experience page for the full inclusions list.

Yes — children are welcome on most of our experiences. Minimum age requirements apply to certain activities (paragliding: 7+, quad biking: 16+). We can recommend the best family-friendly options if you message us.

Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a light jacket for cool desert nights. We recommend bringing a camera, personal snacks, and a small backpack. We provide sleeping accommodation, meals, and all transport.

Absolutely. All our experiences can be booked privately for couples, families, or groups. We also create fully custom itineraries — just tell us your interests, dates, and budget via WhatsApp and we will design something special.

We pick you up from your hotel in Marrakech and drive you through Morocco over several days. Accommodation, most meals, and all transport are included. Our circuits range from 3 to 10 days, covering the Sahara, Atlas Mountains, imperial cities, and the Atlantic coast.

The best times are spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) when temperatures are mild and skies are clear. Summer (June–August) is hot but desert sunsets are magical. Winter (December–February) is cool and uncrowded — perfect for city tours and mountain treks.
